Old Mystery TV Shows More Than A Mere Morbid Fascination

By Deanne Shepard

There is no doubt that people will always want to know that there are two sides to the human coin. This can be seen in the success of old mystery TV shows, violent video games and other award winning shows where death plays an integral part of the main plot.

Knowing that there is mortality often helps to propel people to try and leave their mark in the world. This comes through many forms but the most common is artistic expression. With works by great artists both in the visual and literature form of this genre, people are often inspired to achieve great things. While this is not often going to be possible for everyone, it still is fun.

Watching TV shows that reflect the natural evil that is part of the human race can sometimes put things in perspective. This helps to weed out the naivety that everyone a person meets has good intentions. However, society is not going to let such things ruin progress and therefore youngsters are educated of the dangers of the world.

Parents need to instill in the children the right morals and ethics in order for them to create socially responsible individuals. However, most young parents lack the life experience needed to be able to impart this knowledge. They assume that the world or society will have to deal with the problem. They forget that when they conceived these individuals they did not ask anyone for permission to so.

People can use many excuses as to why they are not achieving the goals that they have set for themselves. However, it seems that with the right frame of mind does actually help people achieve. This world is about give and taken and knowing what your unique selling point is. The more you grumble the more you stumble.

Taking a look at nature, it shows that only the strong are selected to carry on the lines. This concept is also a foundation for human nature as people need to understand that the planet is not endless in what it can provide. However, the solutions need to be taken on an individual basis because this way responsibility is shared. Sadly, this is not a working option as greed fuels most people.

Life is said to be about balance and maintaining this balance sometimes requires strong and hard measures to be taken. Controlling the way the world population is growing is important because most of the resources available seem unable to sustain every single individual. Therefore it seems only logical that people need to take more control in the way that they start out their family structures. There is no lack in education as the global village willingly provides information.

Granted such policies are extreme to many but there is not an endless supply of resources. If the human race is to survive and prosper, it needs to face the fact that there are just too many people. A reasonable solution that does not violate human rights becomes an understated necessity.
