Exploring Disney Magic Show Houston

By Tanisha Berg

Mickey, Minnie and friends have arrived in Houston, Texas. While the city is often most famous for space exploration, it is now time for some fun with a Disney magic show Houston. A new production, a spectacular and entertaining one, will have audiences spellbound. Like with original animation, the costumes are bright and colorful and the characters, fun and silly.

Characters are introduced one by one. The show takes on a personality of its own as each character arrives on stage. Children and adults alike will be entertained continuously from the beginning to end. Slightly modeled after Disney on Ice, another production quite popular with all ages, it is a real treat to have a production this size in Space City, USA. The city long known for space exploration, and AstroWorld which was torn down a few years ago, can now say there's something new and exciting in town.

During past shows, the focus has been placed on the characters, in this one, it is on the magic show provided by Mickey and friends. In the background, clips of cartoons and past performances take the audience for a ride down memory lane. Whether a veteran fan, or new to Disney, this show will most likely keep individuals laughing and smiling throughout the performance.

To get an idea of the magic involved in this performance, the audience can watch Cinderella go from rags to riches, and riches to rags in a split second. Jasmine is levitated along with many other magical moments. Donald Duck, Goof, The Mad Hatter and others join in the fun throughout the production.

Themes, which only Walt could create are also incorporated into this live performance. This particular magic show is a one of a kind production that celebrates Spirit as much as art. Capturing Walt's earliest films to those more recently produced by others, the performance has something to offer everyone.

One of the most successful productions to have ever toured the World Houston, if living in, or visiting the area, this may be a performance to see. A variety of reviews can be found online to help determine whether or not the show may be age appropriate for any babies, toddlers or children. When desiring to see a show, discount tickets can also be found on a number of entertainment related websites.

Due to the attention span of young children, some scents and sets are shorter than others. Non-stop music, action and stunts will keep children and adults on the edge of seats. The combination of these elements will entertain and delight the audience from beginning to end.

Whether child or adult, familiar with the studio's previous productions or a first timer, this is a show aimed to entertain. With a vast cast, magic and theater, the actors provide a great ride through the history of Disney while entertaining the audience. One can only hope the show remains alive and well long enough for all Disney enthusiasts to see it live.
