Osram Bulbs just go round and round

By Eric Facer

Some people don't believe there is a difference between the various light bulbs on the market. However, thanks to the knowledge we've gained about the environment, consumers are taking a closer look at what is being offered. One of the most beneficial options today is Osram bulbs. They come with high performance, firm construction, and better efficiency for any type of setting. Architects love Osram, because they provide you with several different color temperatures. A great example of this would be the Osram Sylvania MR16. These dissipate heat while using dichroic coatings on the reflectors. All the technical terms might not sound like much, but it gives you better energy savings when you compare them to old halogen bulbs. Also, you don't have to worry about them getting hot or catching fire either. This benefit alone is why most residential and retail areas have changed to the MR 16s. Today it's the industry standard, even though there are several other choices in this line. For instance, the ElH MR16 is used in overhead projectors. What it comes down to is that designers and architects prefer Osram bulbs over all the other choices on the market.

You can also find PAR bulbs, which happen to be the most popular choice. Just take a look around all the auditoriums, businesses, homes, stages, hotels, and theaters, because you will find PAR bulbs in just about every single one. There are so many different shapes and sizes, as well as various wattages. They offer unbelievable energy savings, especially the PAR 36, 46, 56, and 64. The last two come with a lighter weight, which is extremely helpful in comparison to the heavy glass reflector PAR bulbs. The end result is a newer innovation and better product performance.

If you need high efficiency lighting for commercials areas, gardens, or homes, the CFL bulbs are the perfect choice. They come with "flicker-free" lighting so each space has a soft and uniformed shine. The Dulux series of CFL bulbs comes with any shape, color temperature, or wattage you need, even if it's a cute little mini-twist to the BR. They are both inexpensive and easy to maintain. Stages and studios enjoy them, because they offer HID lamps, as well as HTI and HSD bulbs. Ask a photographer and they will most likely agree this is the best option when it comes to studio lighting. You can also get bright lighting from the metal halide lamps, which is perfect if you need something versatile. If they ever need to be installed you will also enjoy the easy process. If you're a cinematographer, photographer, or stage light designer, double-ended Osram bulbs would be the right choice. Then of course the medical world loves them for dental, diagnostic, endoscopes, microscopes, and surgical applications. It's just one of the many reasons why you find them in so many different places.

Osram has an energy efficient line of LED bulbs. Because of the Osram LED bulbs, people are changing to this new way of lighting their businesses and homes. They offer many shapes and replacement bulbs in the B10, PAR 20, PAR 30, PAR 38, MR16 G shape and A shape. This makes it easy to replace energy wasting bulbs with the more energy efficient LED ones. They are known for being compatible with many bases helping consumers make the smart choice in choosing the LED. They offer replacements for the GU10, GU5.3, E12 candelabra screw and the E26 medium screw. Not only do they offer big energy savings they offer LED's in color too. Many retail spots as well as bars and restaurants use these bulbs for their color changing abilities.

So before you consider making a different light bulb selection, consider Osram bulbs first. They offer something you won't be able to find anywhere else. Enjoying an efficient bulb, an energy saver, a money saver, and wide selection; Osram bulbs have the complete package. They've been around for years and will be here for many more. It's a good idea to take a look at them if you're planning on owning efficient light bulbs in the near future.
