These contracts should be sent through emails in order to be filled and sent back so that it can be kept for future references.

You have to keep tabs with your promoters and inform them to put up banners where you are expected to perform at. These banners will give people information on the exact venue, time and date that your concert will be held. That way your fans will know exactly where to sit and enjoy your music and also be able to interact with you one on one as you sign autographs for them.
