This makes the event look so real and even more fun for participants.

The number of guests affects the overall budget of the occasion. From foods and drinks to the amount of space needed, the more these guests are the more the host will incur. Many guests mean that one table will not be enough and one has to determine the number of tables needed. The more the tables the more the charges.
