Know if there are similar firms situated within the location where you intend to set up your premises. If there exists any competition, take time to study these competitors and learn on techniques you shall use to counter the competition. Do this by offering services which your competitors do not offer.

Like any other type of business, having a business plan is vital while starting this business. This business plan shall explain the plans on how you plan to set up the business successfully. Moreover, it should help keep track of how the finances are distributed and also the plans you have set to raise financial support. You must understand that without a perfectly documented business plan, the entire project is doomed to fail

You may choose to hire employees who are fully trained and equipped with the relevant knowledge or rather hire them then train them before they start working.
