It also helps when you hire your own talent manager. An agent can help you look for available openings as soon as it is offered. They can find mainstream roles for film and television for you. They have exclusive access on high-profile castings that may not be available to the general public as well. More importantly, they can negotiate any concerns about the salary and billing.
