Mild frustrations as a result of internal factors commonly inspire one to solve the situation and rectify inherent problem. This implies that it is regarded a positive force. Nevertheless, failure to rectify that condition early enough results in pathological anger. However, when left unsolved, it mounts to further anger, hence resulting to irrational demeanor like physical or verbal, or both physical and verbal attack towards the obstruction.

Frustrations have different symptoms. They include the desire to solve the inherent problem, especially in positive cases. However, in negative cases, it leads to more aggressive behaviors especially if they are not solved properly. Some people develop constant refusal to achieve their respective goals. This is usually referred to as the development of blind non-adaptive behaviors. It is therefore important to deal with any frustration wisely.
