America's Got Talent Casting Call

By Cherise Jordan

I have been on America's Got Talent before and unfortunately didn't win, but I will show you how I got past the auditions. My best friend is also a casting director and they told me what other casting directors look for in these types of auditions. Keep reading to find out exactly what I am talking about. The first thing I did was go and pre-register on the America's Got Talent website. It was easy to pre-register. I just went to the America's Got Talent website and filled out their form. It's important to know that anyone who wants to be part of the America's Got Talent needs to pre-register. The trick is to have a talent that can be shown on television and will get ratings. If you don't see a response from America's Got Talent, be sure to check AuditionFree.com as they post new casting calls everyday.

Once you get an invite to the America's Got Talent auditions, keep in mind these things to prepare yourself. First of all, be sure that you arrive at the very least 15 minutes before your scheduled audition.

If it is an open casting call available to everyone, you should arrive much earlier than that to get a good place in line. You can also keep your eye on some talent agencies that you may be interested in.

It is guaranteed that there is a lot of paperwork to fill out so make sure you're there early. Also come prepared with forms that you may already have like a personal release form and doctor's release form. Also don't forget 2 forms of ID and you have to be a resident of the US. Fill out this form and see a list of reality show open casting calls. The last but best advice is to be friendly and smile. I wish you the best of luck with your America's Got Talent casting call.
