All About The Feeling Of Frustration

By Lois Gordon

Each and everyone has experienced a situation which leads to frustration. As a result, the person becomes intense with emotions rather than being composed and relaxed. From being frustrated, one becomes helpless to carry out his/her daily routine.

Frustrations develop when someone feels a dire need to achieve a certain goal, yet finds no way of fulfilling the need. This condition occurs when an individual wants all the things he does to run smoothly and then later on becomes disappointed. In a nut shell, this situation develops when an individual does not achieve whatever he wants to achieve in life.

Examples of this situation are numerous in everyday's life. It can occur when one is stuck in traffic, when one cannot stop the baby from crying or even when a person is trying to achieve a certain goal and feels that there is something blocking him/her from doing that. It is the same feeling that one gets when the car cannot start and yet he is late to go for work.

Other things related to frustration are anger and disappointment. Frustrations incorporate the feeling of one being dissatisfied or discouraged at some point. This feeling is inevitable in peoples lives since each and every person must experience it. When such a condition does not get resolved early enough, it uses a person energy leaving him feeling weak to do anything.

When tension is built from this condition; one could suffer severe headache, blood pressure increase and even clutching test. There could also be physical, mental and emotional exhaustion as a result. The end result on this is a person feeling there is absolutely nothing for him/her to give.

There are several ways which a person can deal with frustration. One may become emotional and cries while someone else may display his emotion in an appropriate way then regret later. The most essential thing to do is to empower oneself.
