Creaking Plastic :: Cheap Construction - Infrared Wireless Headphones Review

By Isaiah Campbell

The bass is good although not ear-thumping.

An excellent product for that price; however, what it really lacks is a comfortable headband to go along with its plush ear-covers. Sound- Incredible. They work fantastic! If you are looking for great sounding headphones; they are for you personally. I've found the audio quality to be "okay" and the bass to be just "meh". Sadly, this avoid much at all to dampen outside sound.

It might be especially obvious when listening to digital songs. They're very good for blocking out outside sound.

The sound is extremely clear, crisp, pure to the ear and doesn't escape the custom headphones that might bother someone else in the room.

Also, when put them on, I keep hearing this strange echo, even unplugged. Koss UR-20 Home HeadphonesSony MDR-XD200 Stereo Headphones it's great for it's cost. I usually use the infrared wireless headphones with my laptop computer or mp3 and when you had a roommate who does not like to shutup like I had, they are an ideal item for any university student. It comes with adapter to help you use with CD/MP3 player or your house stereo that takes a bigger input. Nearly forgot to say, the Sennheiser HD201 is missing on the bass. The majority of the weight is supported on top of the head.

No they do not sound like a $200 variety, however I have paid more than $100 and never had any better sound. I really like the general quality of sound and the noise cancellation. The letter s and the letter f are heard in a high end pitch.

They can fit over the entire ear without causing feedback. The bass doesn't over power the mids or highs which is ideal for me. The plastic seems to be made from less expensive supplies however it is a less expensive design.

The merchandise I received has a single, long, 10 foot cord. Feeling kind of weird seeing Amazon keep changing the cost. Everything in the product is nice. Overall an excellent affordable pair of headphones. I really like that the head band is open, so it doesn't overheat you.
