We're scared that other people won't like what we are doing. The great news is that it is possible to learn how to give a terrific massage every time you want to do so. Here's info on how you too can give any person an awesome back massage.

Start with the standard rub. Slowly, and using the whole flat side of both of your hands, rub up from the lower back area and toward the neck. This rub must have at least some pressure in it but don't use your full massage pressure yet. Begin at the base of the back and then move your hands up the back then across the shoulders and then back down the back. As you keep doing this, try to make every "loop" of the back smaller so that you can be certain to get to all areas of the back.

Start with a few standard rubbing. Using the enture flat side of your hands, rub gradually up from the lower back area toward the neck. Put some pressure into this rub but dont start with the full on massage yet. Start out at the base of the back and glide your hands in an upward motion, along either side of the backbone toward the neck then across the shoulders and back down the back. Work on making the loops smaller as you repeat this step so that the whole back can get relaxed.

Try sitting on one side of the individual who is receiving your massage. Then, set one hand on top of the other and push into the back a little bit with your fingers. Begin at the backbone and thrust steadily and with firm pressure across the back away from the spine and then gently sort of glide your hands back across the back toward the backbone and move up. Do this step again as you move upward along the individual's back and then do the same things on the other side of the person's back.

Knead the spine. Start at the base of the person's spine and then work up all of the sausage like muscles on each side of the spinal column with two of your fingers or your thumbs. Rub each node at least five times each so that you can generate a little bit of friction. Hopefully, just as with so many other areas regarding wedding photographers, you will need to pay more consideration to some things than others. Do take a close look at what you need, and then make a determination regarding how much different things apply to you. Yet you do realize there is much more to be found out about this. The last half of the article will offer you a lot more solid info about this. Even after what is next, we will not quit there because the very best is but to come. Massage all the way up one side of the back and then rub the other side.

Rub the spinal column. Begin at the base of the spine and work up each of the sausage-y muscles on each side of the spine with a few fingers or your thumbs. Massage each little node at least five times to produce some friction before moving on to the next.
