Nicole Scherzinger was born on June 29 in Honolulu, and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. While attending a performing arts high school, she won the Coca-Cola Classic Talent Contest and performed in many plays at The Actors Theatre of Louisville. She then furthered her studies majoring in theater arts at Wright State University before entering the premiere season of the WB's television show, Pop stars where she earned a role of lead vocalist in the female pop group "Eden's Crush. Nicole is best known as the lead singer of the Pussycat Dolls. Outside of her work with the Dolls, Nicole recently performed with Japanese superstar, Yoshiki, at the Tokyo International Forum of Japan and had guest appearances on "My wife and Kids" and "Wanda at Large". In 2010 Nicole continue pursuing her solo career and release her debut studio album, Killer Love, on March 18, 2011 through Interscope Records. Killer Love was preceded by the release of the Red One-produced lead single, "Poison" which was quite successful in international territories. In the United Kingdom and Ireland, it respectively peaked at number three and number seven becoming one of Scherzinger's best charting solo singles. It received mainly positive critical reception. It was followed by second single, "Don't Hold Your Breath" in March 2011, which debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart. Now Nicole is back to her pop life.
