The Wisdom Of Shooting Prenuptial Photography

By Brittany Mitchell

Marriage will start the lives of the bride and groom together, but to get married, they need to have a wedding first. And no matter how modestly or extravagantly they celebrate their wedding, they know that it is going to be special because it is the finale of a huge preparation. The fastidious planning includes a prenuptial photo session that they hold weeks or even months before the wedding date.

Some may think that Pre-Wedding Photography is merely a trend, but it has actually been around for a long time. Even our parents and grandparents had it. However, it's only during the recent years that having a prenuptial photo shoot has escalated in popularity for engaged couples. Perhaps it's because they've seen the prudence of posing together for the camera before they swap vows.

Prenuptial shoots are like the getting to know stage of the couple and the photographer. It's a great opportunity for the couple to lose their discomfiture before the camera. They will be able to get to know the person who will take the pictures on their wedding day, and the photographer will be able to understand exactly what the couple wants.

Since the photo shoot is shot in a relaxed environment, it allows the couple and the photographer to build a comfortable professional relationship. The photographer takes the time to become familiar with what the couple likes, while the couple would know how the photographer works. This will lead them to take natural-looking pictures during the photography shoot and the wedding day itself.

Also, it is fun to take prenuptial photos because they typically have playful themes according to the vision of the photographer and the suggestion of the clients. They may even include storylines and costumes. These photo shoots allow couples to have fun, be flirty, and get creative in front of the camera. The pictures would most likely shoot fun shots if they are having fun during the photo shoot.

Some people think they are one and the same, but Singapore prenuptial shoots are different from Singapore bridal wedding photos. Pre-wedding photo shoots include the bride and the groom at the same time, and are shot in advance of the big day. Bridal photo photography, however, only involve the bride, and are normally taken on the wedding day itself. For clients who want a pre-wedding wedding shoot, they don't need to worry about a separate photo shoot fee anymore as most Singapore photographers already include pre-wedding photos in their packages.
